Meet Gemma Perry, the most dedicated (and furriest) member of the Wilson Perry Real Estate team. With 25 years of experience in security, she takes her role of guarding Morgan Perry very seriously—whether he’s out appraising homes or sealing deals.

Gemma’s security approach is unorthodox but effective. She specializes in tactical napping, perimeter inspections (also known as staring out the window), and spontaneous garden patrols. While she may not technically be in real estate, her presence is essential for team morale and ensuring Morgan stays in line.

When she’s not on duty, Gemma enjoys a rigorous schedule of sleeping, eating, shedding fur on every surface imaginable, and conducting “stealth missions” to the food bowl. A fun fact? She was once a stray but managed to appraise Morgan as a worthy human—and he’s been under her protection ever since.

If you spot her on the job, don’t be fooled by her relaxed demeanor. She’s always watching… unless she’s napping.
