Grace Alexander

Grace Alexander is Wilson Perry Real Estate’s Sales Assistant, bringing a genuinely varied career built around people – from a decade in specialist medical recruitment to hands-on community and client-facing roles across Christchurch.

Before joining Wilson Perry, Grace spent several years placing doctors into hospital and practice roles across New Zealand and Australia for STAT Recruitment and AUSSTAT/KiwiSTAT Medical Recruitment, growing client relationships and managing the detail behind every placement – credentialing, compliance and keeping a fast-moving process on track. She’s also worked as a health and wellbeing practice administrator and a Christchurch City Council swim teacher, and in 2025 completed the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Mental Health and Addiction Support) at Ara Institute of Canterbury.

That mix gives Grace real strength in the things that make a sale run smoothly: staying organised across plenty of moving parts, communicating clearly, and building trust quickly with the people she’s working with. She’s warm, calm under pressure and genuinely good with people – qualities that come through in how she supports the team and looks after clients from the very first conversation.

Outside of work, Grace has volunteered with the Speed Freaks Charitable Trust since 2021, supporting Cantabrians in recovery from addiction and mental distress through weekly running and walking sessions. She’s also a keen runner, horse rider, hiker and skier, and says running in particular has shown her just how powerful movement and community can be for wellbeing.
