We work with a number of large, Christchurch based property developers who release exclusively to us,, for a 72 hour period, new build, off the plan developments.

Given the current climate (national housing shortage) upon receiving our ‘development release’ email, you will have no longer than 24 hours to make your decision to submit an offer.
